By downloading or using SwiftPen for iOS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the app.

You may use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the app in any way that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

Some features of SwiftPen for iOS may require a subscription or one-time purchase. All payments are processed securely by Apple through the App Store. We do not store your payment information. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

The app and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SwiftPen and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
