1. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights associated with SwiftPen, including but not limited to the codebase, design, branding, and logic, belong entirely to us (the developers). You may not extract or study our source code without explicit permission.

2. Liability and "As-Is" Provision

SwiftPen uses advanced local artificial intelligence models to rewrite text. You acknowledge that AI technology can make mistakes.

• No warranty: The application is provided "as is" and "as available". The developers offer no warranty that the app will function uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your exact requirements.
• Limitation of Liability: In no event will we be liable for any special, direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from the use of the app, including loss of data, loss of business communication, or incorrect AI generations.

3. Device Requirements

SwiftPen requires specific hardware, such as an Apple Silicon Mac or an explicitly supported Intel Mac, running at least macOS 26.2. We cannot be held liable if the app does not work on unsupported hardware devices.

4. Updates and Termination

We are continually updating SwiftPen. The app is currently available on macOS – the requirements for system compatibility may change, and you'll need to download provided updates if you want to keep using the app. We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you.
