iOS App Privacy Policy

SwiftPen for iOS ("we", "our", or "us") is a mobile application that helps you improve your text and transcribe speech. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By downloading or using SwiftPen for iOS, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app.

Unlike our Mac app which runs on-device, SwiftPen for iOS relies on cloud-based APIs to provide fast and high-quality results on mobile. However, our commitment to your privacy remains exactly the same.

Your text remains private. When you trigger SwiftPen, your text is processed via secure APIs. We do not store, log, or sell your text. As soon as the result is returned to your device, the data is discarded.

Your audio remains private. Dictation is transcribed using secure cloud APIs. Your audio is never stored on our servers or used to train any models.

The only data SwiftPen writes to your device is:

App settings and preferences. Your chosen shortcuts, tone settings, and configurations are stored in your device's secure storage.

Purchase receipt. If you purchase SwiftPen through the App Store, Apple handles all payment processing. We receive only an anonymous App Store receipt token.

We do not build a profile of your writing style or habits. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
